iPod Touch wont get recognized...

on my itunes. i dont know why but when i plug it in it doesn't show up as a device in itunes, or anything at all. seems to show up as a camera maybe,\.

any help? thx.

Has it worked before? Did this just happen out of nowhere or have you changed something? What do you mean by shows up as a "camera maybe?"

Depending on your answers, you may just need to reboot the Touch or your computer. Or a reinstall (and maybe an uninstall) of iTunes may be in order. Finally, you may need to restore in DFU mode.
