I had been running 10.2.8 and had horrible problems with the the apple mail app. asking
for passwords, not accepting the answer...
not able to receive mail etc, etc. I spent hours
in the last 18 months..doing arc. and install etc.
I upgraded and now the mail works fine and prior
to the install it would not fetch mail from my ISP
only dot mac.
