Can you swap drives b/w 15" Late 2008 MBP unibody and 13" 2009 MBP Unibody?

It most probably will work, but you may run into some driver issues due to the slightly different hardware.
The drives themselves will work fine in both computers. Just make sure you're using the latest version of Snow Leopard (10.6.2) and you'll be able to boot the newer computer.
