So as some of you might know, I'm a bit of a Mini fan (see my .Mac gallery ;)), just saw this in the paper this morning and thought it looked . A quick google and what do you know, some nice high res pics!
Pretty sweet huh! This is the only limo I'd ever want to be driven in :D

its pretty cool if I'm honest but according to Top Gear the mini is no longer cool! I saw some pics of the new mini to be released in 2005 or 6 i think. It was in Auto Express if you are interested? Theres a cool new 5 door version and a kinda weird 6 door thing?!

What are you talking about, the mini will always be cool. Though BMW's will never has the classic factor of the originals.

I said that Top Gear said that it was no longer cool on their "cool wall" i didn't say it wasn't cool, it is. The new one is too.

Nice. But the pool is just silly. Just stick to the car. It's awesome.

and back to the topic at hand....
That is a nice looking limo. I agree that the older pre-BMW minis have a certain aura about them. I think most Americans dont understand since Minis were not sold here before the current model. I was educated in the Mini-lore when I bought and drove one while on an extended trip to New Zealand. Man I hated to part with that thing! You haven't truely lived life until you have spent the night sleeping in the back of a 1980 Mini 1000. Can you say sore neck? ;)

Minis not sold in America?? I remember someone driving one when I was in high school and that was *cough* f***y *cough* years ago.
I agree they are cool and I'd be driving one but I'm afraid I'd need help getting out of it. :(

Well, I guess I should have said not many were sold here. I count on one hand the number of older Minis I have seen in the US. Just trying to establish that they are not the cultural icon here like they are in the UK and other places.

Ive always wanted a mini cooper.. but before they were hard to get.. and now they are "trendy" so they cost an arm and a leg... I could by a nice mid size car for what these nazi's want for it..
