VLC Second Monitor Fullscreen while keeping first monitor active?

Is there a way to have VLC fullscreened on my second monitor (my TV, fyi) while keeping the first monitor active and clickable without unfullscreening it?

Problem Self-Solved, its one of those annoying little checkboxes that change your entire world.
