I have had every generation of macbook pro, and the current one (15" 2.66ghz 4gb ram) seems to run much faster and much cooler. So far the fans have never sped up even after playing Call of Duty 4 or playing in photoshop. It also wakes up quicker. All the other models would take a few seconds to come out of sleep mode, where this one does not.
I was wondering, what did they change on these new models? Because the processors are not that much difference.
Seems to even game better than my 17" did a few generations back which was a 2.4 with a 512 video card.
