Looking for a iMac Program to convert email videos to my iTouch

If this is the wrong place for this post please move it.
I just bought a iTouch for christmas and I would like to put some of the
email videos friends have sent to me on it, but I cannot seem to just drag and drop them as I did with my video iPod.

Is there a conversion program for this.


I used to have a program called VisualHub that did a good job at this
but the developer has moved on to other things and took down his site.
