Iphone USB sync cable with no charging.

I am looking for a USB sync cable for my Iphone that does not charge the Iphone when connected to the PC.

I have no idea if it is even made...
But if it does, would anyone where?

Or second best, some schematic of a cable, so I might edit a cable myself..
