MacBook charging problem

Sometimes my MacBook wont charge. It says its fully charge with the green light on the charger, and I just got it on Christmas. So, I let it drain a little, then it charges. But still, it shouldnt do that, right?
 
Ok, so right now its unplugged. It says 95% charged, when I plug it in, it says its fully charged, like it wont charge anymore. Unless it goes down more. I've tried restarting my computer.
