View Full Version : Touch will not play content purchased before change of account name??

Hello,

I have a problem with a new iPod Touch.

There is certain content that it will not play (both video and music).

I have determined that the content that it will not not play is purchases on my account from BEFORE I changed the account username - it is the same account just a different e-mail.

How can I fix this

Can you give us any more information? What happens when you try to play the certain content? Can you play it in iTunes in the computer? Have you tried changing your account settings or re-authorizing it to your computer?

Thanks for responding.

The music purchased under the old name will not play or even give a message.
The video purchased under the old name shows a window stating "THIS MOVIE CANNOT BE PLAYED".

All content works fine a Mac, a PC, an iPod Classic and Nano.

Yes re-authorising on the computer was tried several times.
