Motorola tools for Mac?

Now that the V300 is supported by iSync, I bought a usb data cable so my wife can enjoy the magic of calendar and addressbook syncing that I have been able to enjoy with my SE Z600.

Does anyone know of a way to send ringtones and retrieve photos from the phones camera on a Mac? (We are talking Motorola phones here, using USB cable)

I'd also like to know if anything exists to download pictures from the v300...
