add pb backlight after sale?

does anyone know if there is any way i can get my powerbook's (latest 15in, 1.33ghz) keyboard replaced with a backlit one now, after ive bought and used it?

AFAIK, it's like the Bluetooth module - yes, there's a part number, but no, you can't replace it. I'm sure that it's technically upgradeable, but Apple won't do it for you. Again, this is surmised, not known to me as a fact.

I also beleive that this is not an option. I don't think it is offered anywhere as a replacement part, either. Good luck

I'm pretty sure it can't be done.

It requires a overhaul of the computer to add it. It's not something you want to try to do after the sale
