Charging ipod touch on airplane?

When I fly I usually take jetblue which has a headphone port built in to the plane to listen to XM radio and watch T.V. Is there a cord which has 32 pin jack on one side and headphone jack on the other side? And if there is, can it be used to charge my ipod touch on an airplane using the headphone port? This may be the stupidest question I have ever asked.lol
