Ive had my 27" duo core, 3.06gig iMac for a couple weeks now, and couldnt be happier. Its a beautiful machine, and I have absolutely no complaints about it at all. The screen is perfect, and it is, without a doubt the quietest computer Ive ever had. Im a lucky guy.

UNACCEPTABLE. Something is clearly wrong with it, and you should send it back immediately. :D

Finally. We need more people like you, OP. Everyone is so quick to say "don't buy, I got a lemon and you will too" about the yellow screens, flash problems, etc. While there is reason to be cautious of a new product/generation, the new iMac problems are overrated and overhyped. People are being too picky in some cases.

Enjoy your awesome 27" wonder. All that glass and aluminum... :D
