Hi i trying to figure out what i need to buy to connect my macbook to my lcd tv wirelessly. i no this is possible using cables with a mini dvi to hdmi (female) adapter than a hdmi (male) to tv. but is it possible to do this wirelessly.

You could try something like this. I was eventually planning on using it to transmit a signal from my DTV HD DVR and Apple TV to a television outside on our patio since I only have a power outlet outside and didn't want to run new cable. Reviews on Amazon seem pretty favorable.

Only problem is you'd need to connect to the transmitter via HDMI but since DVI doesn't carry audio, you'd have no sound. If your mac had mini-displayport, you could use one of these.

thats great. thanks alot. it looks good to which seems to be a problem with other similar senders. now all iv got to do is find one on ebay for alot cheaper lol ta.
