Web Site Flash/html Templates Question!

I'm looking to start up a site for a mixing/dj service. I dont really have the time to learn how to make my own right now, maybe in the future. What i think i want is a template that i can modify to work for my site. Nothing really complex. But something with flash would be cool.

Anyone recommend a good site for template downloads, or would anyone be interested in designing one for a fairly cheap price????

Thanks. I've seen these templates listed on a # of pages, and was wondering how well they worked. Is there much site maintenance needed?
