I use iPhoto Library Manager to switch between my personal pix and work pix. I only want my personal photos to be see on the AppleTV and I keep them in separate libraries and use iPhoto Library Manager to switch between them.
Does anyone know if I sync my AppleTV to my personal library and later use my work library, will my AppleTV automatically re-sync at some point to my 100 GB+ library.
I'm using iPhoto 7.1.5 because the new faces feature in iPhoto 8 chokes when trying to decipher all of my work pictures. If I could figure out how to shut the faces or places automatic cataloging off I'd upgrade iPhoto. Another thought is to use Aperture for work and iPhoto for personal pix, but I'd rather not buy Software that I really don't need.
