I am on my wits end here. I have been trying to work on this problem for about 3 hours and I am about to take back this product because I can't figure it out. I purchased the "Elgato video capture" so I could copy VHS on my computer to make into DVD's. The software keeps on giving me a "no signal" error. I plugged the usb into my computer and the red/white/yellow cords into like 4 vcrs and none of them are displaying a picture. I am always getting the "no signal" error and I don't know why. Maybe I am not plugging in the cords right?? It seems self explanatory but I must be doing something wrong. Can someone please help me!!! Thanks!

elgato: no signal problem with VHS
did you find any solution? i've bought an elgato because we want to convert some VHS and i've got the same problem (but the TV works)
