I use iBearMoney, I love it.

Another vote for iBank.

If you want pretty UI as well, try MoneyBook.

MoneyBook is gorgeous but it's also pretty basic.

Another vote for iBank. I particularly love the MobileMe syncing and the way all the categories are synced to the iPhone. Great app but still needs to improve on a few things.
