You want a comprehensive list? Why not just look for yourself? Obviously Maps does, the Compass app, Navigon when navigating on foot (pretty useless in a car). I had a star map app that I think was compass-enabled.

Augmented reality apps, like that one that overlays the image from the camera with info about your nearest Tube stations. What ever it's called.
