I was wondering which sleeve would be the best to protect my powerbook. I will be carrying it around in a backpack along with books and various school supplies.

not really a sleeve but i like the idea of not having to remove the powerbook from its case. the company does however make sleeves and binders.

I cannot recommend the Crumpler School Hymn any more highly.
It's absolutely perfect. I couple it with an Ogio Metro backpack, and it's a blissful relationship.

I just got the Marware Sportfolio. It's a plastic shell + neoprene, and (they say) waterproof.
It seems to be well-constructed ... I'd recommend it.
