you can do that with motion for example or adobe premier, or some 3d editing software.

Correct, might be done in After Effects...
Possible in Adobe flash too?
There are many animation that's done in Flash and believe it or not.. Adobe photoshop, there is just a limitation of 400 frames so effects should be minimal.
