Am I covered for a free battery?

My Macbook battery isn't recharging and the Cycle count is at 97. Am I covered for a free battery? The Macbook is an A1185

Thanks, I'd like to be able to use this properly again!

Update: I used Battery Health Monitor Application and it said my battery is fine and it has charging capacity. Thoughts?

Go here (https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do) and put in your serial number, if it says you are still under warranty they will replace it for free. If not you will have to pay for it.
