iPod touch Where are the podcast ?

Hello,

I got some podcasts but i do not know where to find them on my ipod touch? i used the search but it says they are not there in itunes i have got the sync podcasts ticked in the podcast tab on the ipod touch bit. and i clicked sync.
 
I'm not sure what it's like on iPod touch, but on the iPhone the Podcasts list is included under "More" by default.
 
Cool thanx but it shows the message

No Podcasts....

But in itunes i have got the sync podcast ticked and i have got it set to "All" => "Selected Podcasts" and i have ticked the box for the podcast i want on the ipod.

EDIT: i think i found it i had to right click the podcast and click convert to ipod/iphone version.
