Video Chatting without iChat

Alright, my girlfriend is runninga windows computer right now. Is there any way to video chat with her (assuming I get an iSight) without her getting a mac and using iChat?

Doesn't the newest version of AIM for Windows support video chats with iChat? or is that just audio?

assuming she meets the reqs for aim 5.5 couldnt you download that? it has video chat capabilities

That's not really video, and it doesn't have sound. If you have dial-up, it's nice, but if you have broadband it's NO alternative to iChat. Period.
