I just purchased a supposely brand new Apple iMac 27 inch with the core i7 8GB RAM. The guy even through in 3 years of Applecare. I used a $200 bing.com cashback. So out the door with 8GB RAM/Applecare would only cost me $2450-200 (cashback).
If there's a defect, am I protected via Applecare? This guy seems legit. He's a power ebay seller.
I hope the screen isn't cracked when he sends it. That's my biggest worry. I used American express. So worst case scenario is that I used teh amex accidental protection. I think it protects for brand new ebay purchases also.
