Springbooard always crashes

Ok, heres how it went out.
I get on my bus for school, boot up my itouch and it runs really slowly.
I try to switch pages of apps, but it freezes. Then it comes up with, spring board has crashed message. Then i restart and whenever i go into springboard not in safe mode, it always chrashes. I recently downloaded, trenches, idk if thats the problem. I would restore it, but id haveto update to 3.1.3 as well. Please help?

Ok, heres what id do.
Try uninstalling, trenches, idk if thats the problem either, but id prolly start there since, if it started always chrashes after u installed, it, then mebbe that could be, what made it went out.
