Sending mms and SMS with iPod touch canada

Is there an app that works in Canada with sending SMS and mms? It doesn't matter if I can receive them, just sending them would be fine. I googled with no luck. It has to work on Rogers

just tell all your mates to use email :p its way better than SMS and MMS you can send anything you want (full res pics, videos) all for loads less than half a SMS
