I was very disappointed that Drive Genius 2 was unable to repair my external WD drive. I was even more disappointed that Prosoft Engineering refused to give me a refund. They suggested I sell it online. I paid over $100 including shipping for this product that did nothing to correct the problem, and online the same product is going for as little as $35. I asked if they would refund the difference, and they refused. This is a company that could benefit from good will by being fair (I offered to sign a software destruction agreement but they ignored that), but instead it rips us off. If I had it to do over, I would find a company that guaranteed its product's performance or it will refund your money. Not so with these folks. Beware!
Is this an iPhone app or just a rant in the wrong location on a site that can do little about it?
