iMac 27" synchonization with MacBook Pro

Hi, I'm looking forward to buying new 27" iMac and now thought.
Which ways I could use to synchronize my macs?
I don't want to use MobileMe, because I want to sync iTunes folder with more than 30 Gbytes.

Any suggestions?
 
Can't you exclude iTunes from your MobileMe account?

There is also ChronoSync to sync two Macs, but it only works in a local network.
