I think it's a new 60' monitor. ;)

Seriously, though, it's bound to be the iMac photo. What else makes sense now?

Its amazing how everyone is managing to keep this a secret, what if the black cover were to fall off just then? ;) :D

That would just screw everything up now wouldn't it :p

I might 'accidently' break into the room(s) and rip the black cover off.... ;) :D

I'm kinda surprised that one of the construction workers isn't some undercover dude from MR or AppleInsider or some place like that. ;)

Thanks. I've now got the music to Weird Al's Frank's 2000" TV (http://www.com-www.com/weirdal/frankstwothousandinchtv.html) running through my head.

How about the iHump (http://www.machinehien.com/misc/ihump.gif)?

Sorry. I still think this image is hysterical. :)

Well, the shape of bill board already gives some of it away.

It looks like it'll be long and skinny.

look, there's not going to be anything on the board, it's what's going on behind the curtain on the stage. They need to move the iMac from the back to the front stage sometime. they place it on the stand, lower it, then Phil will tell them to raise it on cue.

You're a typical teen. You want to rip the covers off. :D

I doubt the machines will be put up until the morning of the presentation

If anything it raises speculations and gives prep time.

Long banner? Oooh, pizza box design! Pizza Box design!!

i cannot imagine an iMac in a pizza box design. i just hope it is not a step backwards compared to the flat panel iMac.

would just have to keep the faith hmm?

It might just be long text. "Welcome to Apple, the newest division of Hewlett-Packard."

It might just be long text. "Welcome to Apple, the newest division of Hewlett-Packard."

Or even "Welcome Back Steve!" :D ;)

It could happen :p

I think its going to be about the iMac, but it is going to list different specs, and right below it there will be iMacs to try out, this is what they do at other shows, they have big white walls with machine specs on them.

It is, of course, the brand new iTattoo's! It was supposed to be a big surprise, but HP incidentally announced the stickers a little early. They'll just look silly announcing this stuff now.

Btw.. What Apple ought to do is to have some tattoo-guys giving away Apple-tattoos for free. I'm sure a lot of zealots would want them, and they would then be a walking commercial for Apple. The more I think about this, the more I do not understand they don't have a guy sitting there giving people tattoos.

Well I haven't read all 20 messages, so I don't know if this has been bought up yet, but I think it's the new iMac! :p

Sorry, I just hate it when people do that. ;)

There's a joke in there somewhere, but I'm not getting it....
Well.... I kinda see it...
I'm not the 'typical' teen who wants to bang every hole he sees.
nice to think about that though. :D

As far as the poster, I think it'll be a pizza box design, but I don't really see the point, why don't you just buy a laptop and get true mobility?

I surprised that even that picture was leaked. If it is a banner the size doesn't really give away anything. All the speculation is fun. IT won't be long now, just 3 more days.

Maybe the long skinny poster is an "Introducing the all new Phil Schiller" poster... and the keynote will be Phil detailing his magical transformation after gastric bypass surgery. Even better maybe Apple has invented a device to make home gastric bypass surgery possible. The all new "SliMac", the size of your average diet pill, powered by the G5 processor. What? I'm not crazy... it's all the rage.

Oooh and they could even advertise with the slogan "Shrink Different". Damn I entertain myself. Sorry guys.

Did Phil Schiller actually have gastric bypass surgery. It is a very serious operation, only done on the morbid obese. The last time I saw Phil, wouldn't say that he's a candidate.

I like your quick thinking. Saturday's are for entertaining oneself. :D

I don't think he had the surgery or is a candidate... he's just chubby.

It is, of course, the brand new iTattoo's! It was supposed to be a big surprise, but HP incidentally announced the stickers a little early.

Judging by some of the pics that have HP banners in the background, it's not too hard to tell that they will have announcements about HP and the iPods, possibly as you said even the tattoos.

http://www.macobserver.com/gallery_albums/appleexpo1/IMG_0205.jpg

Those HP banners are there for a reason, so we definitely can tell from that we will hear about HP and iPods. It's pretty evident too that they will be releasing those iMacs. They said in September, but Aug 31 will do :D
