21.5" iMac and Magic Mouse

In January, I bought a 21.5" iMac. The Magic Mouse sporadically becomes unusable. The entire surface becomes a right click, not only the right side. I am on my second Magic Mouse and it still occurs. This happens also with Aperture 3. No help from Apple support. Anyone else have this problem?
