iPod Two questions about buying an iPod at the NYC store

I'll be in New York in just under two weeks.

1. Can I order an iPod Nano online at the Apple Store, get it engraved and collect it at the NYC Store?

2. It's $149 USD. Will I pay exactly $149 USD when I buy it in-store, or will there be tax?
