I'm really interested in buying this from you, and I can make a quick transaction.

The obligatory questions: any dead/stuck pixels? smudge or 'bruised' areas on the screen?

Is this the 15" model? And when was it purchased?

Finally: What's the battery life like?

email me at toboyle@guilford.edu and we'll talk.

Is that really the current market price for TiBooks?
You can get a comparable iBook (half the vRAM) for $150-$200 less, probably more if it was used.

I'm confused if you are saying that the price for the tibook is too low or too high. Personally, I think it sounds like a good deal, though.

I too am not sure what you mean.

because the following are upgrades you would have to do on the ibook to make it comparable.

Hard Drive (aftermarket)
Superdrive (aftermarket if 12")
RAM

and then there is the 12" vs. 15"
and 32 vs. 64 Mb vram

This is a pretty sweet deal.

i somehow missed the superdrive, which definitely makes the deal.
