Hi, I'm just wondering whenever i buy an application in iTunes, is it transferrable? I mean is it registered to the computer, ipod or the apple id? I'm wondering if i can sync two ipods to same computer without buying the application twice as well. Thank you for your responses!

It's registered to the iTunes account. You can transfer it between computers (up to five computers can be activated on the same iTunes account at the same time) and sync it onto multiple devices as long as they all use the same iTunes account.
