I'm tempted to buy the 10GB one and just use it as an external HD, or something to install Panther on for a backup.

I am a wholeseller. If you feel unsafe buying this it's ok if you pay 50% then once you recive it you will pay the remaining 50%. AND THIS IS LEGIT FOR THOSE THAT ARE GETTING BAD IDEAS. And if you want i can put the prices up...lol

I was just going back to edit my post to include that very suggestion, jsw. And, I too would consider a 10GB model at that price.

So, to verify, joey4127: you personally don't have any iPods. You will act as an intermediary to the actual wholesaler and therefore these prices reflect some profit for you. You will not have your iPod for four more days. You do not know what the actual inventory of iPods is, nor do you know what old stock Apple might have left. You will accept half payment to ship iPods which you presumably have paid full price to the wholesaler to get, and you will trust the receiver to pay you the rest upon receipt. We can likely expect no pictures of large stocks of iPods, and will likely get only pictures of yours.

Is any of this incorrect? I am basing it on what you've posted. If I decide to try this out, and if I send $35 for the 10GB, what is the expected wait time until I receive it? I would feel more comfortable sending the $35 to a legitimate address and waiting for it to clear. Is this possible?

Hi, I only camr to appolagize for all this. If you don't want to listen/read thats okay but here it goes.

What this was is that, this guy got my aim and he started talking to me about how he can get ipods for like $90. But he could only sell it to me if i would help him sell some more. So I posted here but i did say that everyone should wait because i didn't want to be a scammer. So anyways i pay this guy 50% ($90) and he never ever sent the ipod i waited and waited. Then I never showed up here because People thought i was a scammer and because i forgot about this site too. But I'm back and I would really like to straighten things out. I am never ever selling anytihng on this site ever again, i don't think i will buy anything online either. If you don't want me here, i understand. But i'm really sorry, but I never scammed adnyone or sold any of those ipods. I got scammed for my $45, but worse could have ahppened.

BTW: I have never scammed anyone and the reason i'm on all the other forums when you look up joeu4127 is because i was working for this guy Jacoe (jacoecomps) and i was selling things for him.
