It's a little beat up. Everything works fine though.

charger (I think I still have it)

Do you have the Apple case, too? Also, could you post some close up pics of the iPod so I can see just how "beat up" it is?

Apple case? Like the box or the little black sleeve? I have the sleeve (minus the clip), but I'm not so sure about the box.

It's not really beat up, it's just used a lot, so there is some wear to the back and a little on the front.

I meant the black sleeve. The box would be a cool extra, but certainly wouldn't effect making a deal. What kind of battery life are you getting?

I haven't used it all the way through in a long while.

But honestly, I don't think I'd be lying if I said it was between 6.5 and 8 hours.
