Absolutely, with a graphics card solution with three MDP ports. Currently, the sanctioned Apple option is three GT120s, and you will almost certainly need extension cables for some of the monitors.

This is one of the reasons I want nothing to do with these displays right now. Hopefully the eyefinity ATI stuff becomes available soon, but I still do not want gloss displays if I can pick.

Yes as mentioned above the GT 120 is the cheapest option.
