Word Press Beginner: Fotofolio Theme help?

Hello, I am new to using wordpress and have run into an issue with my theme.

I managed to figure out how to add image galleries through using posts, but the bar at the bottom is displaying the posts twice. If you look at my site linked above, you will see what I mean.

How can I remove one of the "categories" lists?

figured it out. It was a category widget on the bottom.
