Whom is using this version of silverlight? You need this for the new Facebook client. To let everyone know, for some reason the installer puts an pref app for silverlight 4 beta in the apps folder.
 
I believe I am using this latest Beta.. but I do not have the file you referenced in my Applications Folder

Edit: maybe not... maybe just the latest release
