im either gonna get the 12in pb with the 1.33ghz g4 or the 17in imac g5 1.8

i hear ppl saying that a 64bit cpu will run slower with a 32bit app.

what would be better at 32bit app. g4 1.33ghz or 1.8ghz g5?
