Printer for an "ancient" Powermac 7100/66

Hi, Mac nation:

I have a Powermac 7100/66, which is a beauty with tons of my stuff on it.
My printer died today. Any ideas where to get a new printer that accepts
the old 8-pin cord, or how in the devil can I transfer my stuff to another
computer? I love this antique, and would love to keep it if I can find a new
printer!
