Getting PC 3rd Party Accessory to Work on Mac (OG Xbox Action Replay)

Original Xbox Action Replay wont work on my mac. It connects via USB. What sort of software can I install (the easiest and most minimal possible) to get this recognized so I can throw some stuff on it.

help is much appreciated
