I'm just about to get chronosync and just want to check with the people here who use it that it is what i want. I've looked on their website and at some of the threads in here and i think it is right but just want to make sure that it's not going to overwrite or duplicate loads of stuff that i'll have to then sort out before i press sync.
I want to synchronise some folders between my work mac pro and my home MBP. I wanted to syncronise my itunes library, my design folder (stock images, textures, code snippets, etc). I was going to purchase more space on dropbox but realised i don't need constant over the internet sync and can get by with syncing over the network when i bring my mac to work. WIll it work for this and will i need to mess around with symlinks like dropbox or can i leave the folders where they are?
