After two exchanges that resulted in a refund I tried to buy a new one again:

- First one had some dents on top
- Second = yellow tint, gray band horizontal and vertical
- Third = dead pixel, yellow tint
- Fourth = gray band horizontal and vertical, less than second one but visible, one Red and White dead pixel.

My luck was that the third one I could check on the store and swap immediately and the fourth as I wasn't expecting white and red dead pixel I just checked with white screen not black :(

I definitely can say that every one is problematic, if you do think yours is perfect, I'm so sorry but I can say that your eyes are problematic.

On Monday I will be calling to the customer service, because I don't want to take it back again, because every back and forth cost me around $50 and now they need to give me a solution.

I agree with the screen replacement, I just want a machine without stains and dead pixels.

good luck guys

Definitely nothing wrong with my eyes.

Wondering what this thread is about...there are several in existence already, no? You're not showing or telling us something we haven't seen or heard already.

let the new member come on the forums, vent and never return again. This thread can slowly slide down the page into history.

Can't a moderator delete or merge these?
We have numerous threads for this.

I'm not trying to defend the iMac either. I just got a return label after a defective first one. But I'll give it one more shot.

Perfect is relative. People need to stop throwing the term around when it comes to computers.
