Cram and Jam iPod + old PowerBook?

Since Amazon.com is offering the discontinued PowerBook 12" 1GHz for under $1200 with a $150 mail-in rebate, I was wondering if I could still qualify for the Cram and Jam deal ($200 rebate on an iPod) if I buy the computer and an iPod from Amazon.com. Can anyone answer this question?

Well on the t&c for the UK c&j it says you have to buy it online at the apple store... don't know about USA.

Not likely

You should download the cram and jam rebate form. I believe you have to go through the applestore and they both have to be on the same order. I just ordered mine yesterday.

No you must buy the apple and iPod at an apple store on the same receipt.

Or at an authorized apple campus reseller. but the must be on the same receipt.

You would need to buy it from Apple Education store, or from a campus dealer.
