Hi guys, I was wondering what yall think of this, any help or feedback is appreciated. I know there's a tetris "like" falling blocks game called quinn for the mac. In theory a similar game could be made for the iPhone or iPod touch without being sued right? I know the AppStore won't allow but it could be available to jailbreaked devices through cydia for example for free and people could give donations? Can this be done and not get sued just like how Quinn isn't ?
