PRAM after HDD Replacement

With the early uMB 2.4 do you have to zap the PRAM after you upgrade your HDD? if so how do you do this?

That's not a procedure that's required for routine HDD swaps at all. It's only needed as a corrective measure, and is really sort of a "brute force" technique to eliminate lots of small potential problems.
