Switching COMMAND/WIN & CONTROL keys

As a loyal Mac OS X user for 5+ years, I am tripped up at work whenever I have to use CTRL+ instead of COMMAND+.

I use virtual windows at home and the virtualization sofware switches those keys for me just fine.

At work, I am forced to use a windows only machine. Does anybody know of a software I can install that permamently switches the CONTROL and WINDOWS keys?

This would help me to when I use Windows under Boot Camp on my Mac.

I only want to "think like a Mac" whether I use Mac or Windows.
