I want to get the best display look as possible...is there a calibration tool better than the built in version that comes with macs?

Calibration needs hardware as well as software.

Google "monitor calibration".

There is a hardware part that comes in front of the monitor, and the software that analyzes what the hardware part measures.

Examples are the Spyder Pro and the Eye One Display Two (but the latter one does not work under Snow Leopard, so it's out of the game).
